Logistics Training Coordinator

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Logistics Training Coordinator to manage training logistics for new hires and ongoing staff development. The role is based in Zapopan, Mexico and works full‑time on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, printing materials and maintaining participant rosters.
• Facilitate New Hire Orientation and Annual Training sessions.
• Maintain training records and reporting in the ETQ system.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience supporting a training team or onboarding new employees.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities to handle multiple training programmes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
