Machine Operator – Automated Production

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up and run a range of automatic and semi‑automatic production equipment, including robotic assembly lines. You will ensure smooth, continuous manufacturing while adhering to quality standards and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate and operate automatic, semi‑automatic and robotic machines.
• Feed raw materials, adjust machine settings, and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Monitor production output, inspect finished parts against tolerance sheets, and record results.
• Follow written or verbal process instructions from supervisors.
• Identify and resolve minor equipment issues, escalating complex problems when required.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience operating industrial machinery.
• Strong understanding of machine set‑up, adjustment, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret process sheets, work instructions, and tolerance specifications.
• Good judgment for resolving routine production issues.
