Maintenance Operational Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Operational Technician ensures that production equipment and tools remain in optimal condition, supporting safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Working on the shop floor, you will follow preventive maintenance schedules and address any equipment issues that arise during your shift.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks while adhering to safety rules and preventing accidents.
• Operate and monitor the production line to meet the scheduled production plan.
• Maintain product conformity and cycle‑time compliance.
• Achieve scrap targets and implement waste‑reduction improvements.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to the Maintenance Schedule Plan.
• Ensure 100% availability of plant equipment and tooling.
• Close preventive and corrective work orders in the SAP maintenance system, recording downtime.
• Conduct 5S audits and keep the work area organized.
• Assist with classification and temporary storage of hazardous and special waste.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in electronics, mechatronics, automation, or a related field, or a TSU in industrial maintenance, electronics, or industrial control.
• At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance department.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated integrity, innovation, teamwork, and a results‑driven mindset.
