Maintenance Technician

About the role
One Mobility Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its plant in Comonfort, Guanajuato. The role supports the production of electrified mobility components by ensuring all equipment operates reliably and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on specialized machinery and work‑station equipment.
- Verify that all equipment is in optimal operating condition and generate downtime reports with documented action plans.
- Execute maintenance tasks according to the assigned schedule and the established maintenance program.
- Validate the quality of maintenance work against operating instructions and report any anomalies to the supervisor.
- Advise operational staff on autonomous maintenance practices and maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
Required profile
- Technical high school diploma (Bachillerato tecnológico or TSU).
- 1‑2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Ability to understand and follow maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.
