Manager, Change & Communications

About the role

Lead change delivery and communications for priority HR and enterprise initiatives at The Hershey Company. You will translate change standards into actionable plans, align messaging with corporate communications, and drive stakeholder readiness and adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end change management plans aligned with project milestones and business readiness.
• Own the change communications calendar, drafting leader talking points, employee communications, FAQs, and audience‑specific messages.
• Serve as the primary liaison to Corporate Communications, ensuring HR change narratives match enterprise messaging, brand voice, and approval workflows.
• Craft compelling change narratives that simplify complex initiatives for leaders and employees.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments, facilitate workshops, and build change toolkits for HR business partners and project managers.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, or organizational development.
• 2+ years leading change delivery and communications for enterprise‑scale initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
