Manager, Communications & Change Management

About the role

The Manager, Communications & Change Management will lead communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change initiatives that enable successful digital transformation across the Operating Unit. Working closely with business leaders, product teams, HR, and Global Digital Services, you will ensure employees are informed, engaged, and equipped to adopt new digital capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute communication and change management plans supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop communication materials, leadership messaging, presentations, newsletters, and engagement campaigns.
• Partner with business leaders, product teams, HR, and Global Digital Services to coordinate activities.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and support engagement plans to build alignment.
• Support change impact assessments, organizational readiness, and adoption planning.
• Coordinate training programs, learning materials, and user enablement activities.
