Manager, Communications & Executive Storytelling

About the role

Salesforce is building the future of Agentic Service and needs a skilled communicator to showcase the team’s innovations. As Manager, Communications & Executive Storytelling you will ensure the work is visible, understood, and celebrated across the company and the market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, and produce a regular employee newsletter, managing the full editorial process from calendar to publishing.
• Draft internal communications on behalf of senior leaders, including all‑hands talking points, org announcements, and leadership updates.
• Own and manage LinkedIn content for senior leaders, translating strategy and milestones into authentic posts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication workstreams with Creative, Marketing, PMM, and other partners, aligning timelines and review cycles.
• Proactively surface and tell stories of innovation, impact, and culture to raise visibility throughout Salesforce.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in internal communications or related fields.
• Proven ability to write for senior executives and adapt tone to different audiences.
• Experience creating and managing newsletters that engage employees.
• Background in social media content creation for leadership, especially on LinkedIn.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple functional teams.
