Manager, Customer Success

About the role

Skyworks is seeking a senior leader to head Customer Success, Order Management, and Compliance operations. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will shape high‑performing teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure outstanding execution of all customer‑facing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Customer Success, Order Management, and Compliance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus.
• Translate business objectives into actionable priorities, launch strategic initiatives that improve customer experience, efficiency, and scalability.
• Identify operational risks and implement proactive mitigation plans to ensure consistent execution.
• Prepare executive summaries, business reviews, and leadership presentations, communicating metrics, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Demand Management, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven people‑leadership experience with a track record of developing talent and building high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to convert complex data into concise business insights.
• Strategic thinker who can align operational execution with overall business goals.
• Experience collaborating across functions such as Sales, Finance, and Analytics.
