Manager, Customer Success Operations & Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is expanding its Services Customer Success team and seeks a Manager, Customer Success Operations & Enablement to drive customer value, adoption and growth across its network products. The role focuses on engaging priority customers, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring technical readiness for service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customer stakeholders to assess solution viability, understand cyber‑threat landscapes, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Define and track key performance indicators related to cost, performance and value delivery.
• Drive adoption, renewals and upsell opportunities, generating qualified leads for value expansion.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to inform product and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Managers and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of Mastercard network products.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in customer success or account management within the payments or financial services sector.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with technical, sales and product teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions and performance metrics.
