Manager, Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner Manager supports financial planning, forecasting and performance management for Mastercard's North Latin America and Caribbean region. The role delivers accurate financial insights, partners with business and finance stakeholders, and ensures disciplined execution of core FP&A processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance management activities.
• Conduct P&L tracking, variance analysis and provide clear explanations.
• Develop financial models and perform data‑driven analysis to support commercial initiatives.
• Prepare executive‑ready reporting and financial storytelling.
• Coordinate with Controllership, Tax and other finance teams to ensure alignment with regional and corporate processes.
• Drive consistency and transparency across financial results.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance or Corporate Finance.
• Strong analytical abilities and solid understanding of FP&A fundamentals.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed environment and translating data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset with high attention to detail.
