Manager – Private PCS Acceleration Center (Tax)

About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Mexico City as a Manager for Private PCS. You will lead tax compliance and strategy initiatives for a diverse client portfolio, working across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to solve complex tax challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance workstreams and manage client expectations.
• Guide teams in preparing and filing tax returns to meet regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to ensure tax compliance and develop tax strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships, addressing tax‑related inquiries.
• Promote innovative technologies and best practices in tax compliance.
• Validate data integrity within tax frameworks and identify process improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with leadership to ensure quality and timely deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance or related tax services.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing client engagements.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to review complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
