Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer will design, implement, and continuously improve standard manufacturing procedures. You will work closely with production teams to reduce costs, ensure product quality, and adapt machinery to meet factory conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement standard manufacturing procedures and production sequences.
• Evaluate processes to reduce overall costs and improve product quality.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen, TPM, SMED, Poka‑Yoke, mistake‑proofing, visual facility, and pull production.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and ISO regulations.
• Manage document control, design transfer, verification, validation, and acceptance activities.
• Determine spare‑part requirements, create tooling catalogs, and standardize components.
• Balance production lines and define optimal processes for high‑mix/low‑volume or low‑mix/high‑volume environments.
• Coordinate TPM for fixtures and tooling, and assess production capacity.
• Support expense definition and monthly control for the assigned area.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to solve production and quality problems using problem‑solving tools.
• Experience leading Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S initiatives.
