About the role
Greif is seeking an entry‑level Manufacturing Operator to join its production team. The role involves supporting daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and products meet quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and lubricate machinery regularly and keep the work area free of debris.
- Load, unload, and position materials and tools on equipment and assembly lines according to instructions.
- Perform routine quality checks on finished goods and report any issues to a supervisor.
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.
- Carry out non‑technical tasks such as basic property care and plant upkeep.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to listen, understand and follow directions.
- Willingness to work in a variety of roles on the production floor.
