Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the role

Radiall is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive production optimisation across its global sites. You will work on complex projects that improve safety, quality, cost efficiency and delivery timelines while supporting development teams with your process expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse process malfunctions and implement improvements using methodologies such as A3, DMAIC, and 8D.
• Identify and reduce variability in production processes.
• Transfer and implement complex production processes to new sites.
• Develop and execute risk analysis plans (FMEA) and control plans.
• Specify, install, and validate new production equipment.
• Provide technical knowledge transfer to operators and support services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process optimisation.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of SPC, PFMEA, DOE, Lean, and statistical analysis tools.

Required skills

• SolidWorks (3D modelling and 2D drawing creation).
• Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Control Plans.
• Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Lean manufacturing tools and DMAIC methodology.
• Root‑cause analysis techniques (Ishikawa, 5 Why, 8D).
• Automation machine troubleshooting and improvement.
• Tooling design and integration.
