Marketing Business Analyst

About the role

The Marketing Business Analyst will support CooperVision Latam’s growth by turning market data into actionable strategies. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and agencies to drive product messaging, promotions and digital initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse competitive trends, market dynamics and sales forecasts to identify growth drivers.
• Develop and execute communication plans, social media strategies and digital marketing campaigns aligned with the regional marketing plan.
• Create KPI dashboards, measure ROI and provide recommendations to optimise brand and customer programs.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and oversee all Latam social media accounts.
• Track SEO performance, Google Analytics metrics and produce regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, advertising agencies and distributors to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.
• Support data hygiene initiatives in partnership with IT and maintain marketing asset repositories.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the digital marketing team while collaborating on cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, SEO and analytics.
• Fluent English with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, flexible and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a results‑oriented attitude.
