Marketing Business Partner

About the role

As a Marketing Business Partner you will act as the strategic bridge between global marketing initiatives and regional business objectives across Latin America. You will translate corporate marketing strategies into localized go‑to‑market plans that drive demand, strengthen positioning, and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt corporate marketing initiatives into commercially viable programs tailored to LATAM market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Sales teams to maximize launch effectiveness and adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to align marketing programs with pipeline goals and revenue objectives.
• Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, competitive intelligence summaries, and localized collateral.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence.
• Track marketing KPIs, campaign performance, lead flow, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, International Business, Digital Marketing or Public Relations.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B, regional, field or demand‑generation marketing, product marketing or marketing operations.
• Proven experience partnering directly with Sales teams to drive pipeline growth and commercial outcomes.
• Professional fluency in English for executive‑level client and internal stakeholder conversations.

Required skills

• HubSpot Marketing Software Certification (preferred).
• HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification (preferred).
• HubSpot Content Marketing Certification (preferred).
