Marketing Coordinator – Club Communications

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator provides operational support to the Marketing Director and Project Manager, ensuring smooth internal communications and brand consistency across all club initiatives. This role streamlines information workflows, coordinates deliverables with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and helps shape the club’s marketing presence.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, design, and send regular email communications to club members, managing the contact database in Mailchimp.
• Collaborate on website and member‑app content updates, including menus, event notices, and media assets.
• Oversee on‑site signage, acrylic displays, frames, and digital screens, maintaining strict brand standards.
• Assist in creating marketing collateral, such as bilingual Food & Beverage menus.
• Organise and maintain the photo and video library in Dropbox for real‑estate, events, and special projects.
• Monitor and report email campaign performance metrics using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Maintain the corporate calendar and agenda across internal platforms (Jonas) and Outlook.
• Support daily marketing operations, including on‑site photo shoots, event logistics, and departmental priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven marketing coordination experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Acrobat) proficiency.
• Experience with Canva or similar design platforms.
• Mailchimp (or comparable high‑volume email marketing platform) knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Outlook and internal scheduling tools (e.g., Jonas).
• Dropbox for digital asset management.
