About the role
The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of effective marketing strategies to drive company growth. Working cross‑functionally, you will act as a brand ambassador, understand marketing needs, and deliver revenue‑generating campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support business objectives.
- Analyze and track performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget and demonstrate project ROI.
- Serve as the company’s brand ambassador to external audiences.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 7‑10 years of relevant marketing experience, including 10 years in an FMCG environment.
- Proven leadership and strong communication abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
