Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will act as a front‑line representative, qualifying leads, delivering guest services and driving tour flow. Working closely with in‑house and VSC teams, the role supports the company’s vacation ownership program through concierge‑style interactions and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide concierge services to resort guests and owners, handling welcome calls, reservations, tee times, tours and excursion ticket sales.
• Maintain and stock guest‑service materials such as brochures, maps and fact sheets.
• Qualify guests for promotional presentations and attract eligible guests using premium gifts.
• Book and coordinate preview tours, ensuring guests receive full information about the vacation ownership program.
• Represent the company positively at off‑site locations and foster collaborative relationships with hotel and tourism partners.
• Attend mandatory meetings, training sessions and complete special projects assigned by Marketing Management.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Availability to work flexible schedules.
• Background in sales, marketing or tourism preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
