Marketing Manager / Director – Mexico

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager/Director to lead our marketing function in Mexico. The role will shape local market strategy, drive integrated campaigns, and act as the bridge between Mexico’s market needs and global brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead marketing initiatives and brand growth in Mexico, developing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive threats.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across brand, social, influencer, PR, partnerships, and performance channels.
• Ensure campaigns are localized while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage and develop the local marketing team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and supporting professional growth.
• Oversee relationships with local agencies and external partners, evaluating performance and optimizing resources.
• Monitor consumer behavior and market developments, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with HQ marketing, product, operations, and leadership teams to align local execution with regional objectives.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in fintech, consumer finance, banking, technology, or high‑growth startups.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing teams and agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and brand building.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Native Spanish proficiency and professional English proficiency.
