Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our beverage segment strategy across LATAM. You will work closely with sales, product development and local partners to drive innovation, create compelling value propositions and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of the marketing strategy for beverage market segments.
• Lead innovation workshops with the sales team, manage key marketing initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
• Generate new product ideas based on consumer trends and insights across the LATAM region.
• Develop segment‑specific value propositions, messaging and communication plans.
• Create sales enablement tools and materials to accelerate segment growth.
• Manage end‑to‑end innovation processes from ideation to product launch and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with local partners to define opportunities and target customers.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns that raise awareness and highlight ADM’s pantry solutions for beverage customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in B2C or B2B food‑industry marketing, brand management or comparable roles.
• Strong interest in healthy nutrition, food and beverage trends.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment and building cross‑functional partnerships.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS‑Office.
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
