Marketing Manager – LATAM (Mexico)

About the role

PanAmericano, a division of The Brink’s Company, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the local execution of LATAM marketing strategies in Mexico. You will partner closely with the Commercial team to drive customer engagement, demand generation, and business growth while aligning regional priorities with local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Translate regional marketing strategies into local activation plans that support Mexico’s commercial priorities and growth objectives.
• Serve as the primary marketing partner for the Mexico Commercial organization, enabling sales, customer engagement, and demand‑generation initiatives.
• Generate actionable customer, competitor, and market intelligence to improve segmentation, account prioritisation, and go‑to‑market effectiveness.
• Manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, lead‑generation programs, and performance‑optimization activities that contribute to pipeline growth.
• Support customer‑experience programs, events, and communications while ensuring consistent application of the Brink’s brand and messaging in the Mexican market.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or related fields.
• Background in security services, logistics, financial services, technology, telecommunications, business services, or similar B2B sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation.
• Proven experience collaborating with Sales/Commercial organizations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
