Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the governance, execution, and optimisation of its marketing operations ecosystem. The role focuses on HubSpot execution, process governance and Salesforce integration while providing secondary support for WordPress.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve marketing operations governance, including campaign structure, lifecycle stages, data standards and process compliance across all brands.
• Establish scalable frameworks for campaign execution, lead management and reporting consistency.
• Serve as the primary platform owner for HubSpot, configuring workflows, automation and backend processes.
• Build, manage and optimise lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, segmentation and lifecycle automation.
• Ensure seamless integration and data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce, including lead routing, attribution and pipeline visibility.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks across HubSpot and Salesforce.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information systems or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation.
• Deep hands‑on experience with HubSpot and HubSpot‑Salesforce integrations.
• Solid knowledge of WordPress and ability to support web initiatives.
• Understanding of marketing compliance regulations such as GDPR and CAN‑SPAM.
