Marketing Recruiter – Build a World‑Class Marketing Team

About the role

TopFoxx is looking for a Marketing Recruiter who will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for its marketing and creative teams. You will partner directly with leadership, evaluate talent with a deep understanding of digital marketing, and help shape a high‑performing, scalable recruiting function.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong talent pipelines before hiring needs become urgent.
• Present hiring managers with highly qualified candidates, not large volumes of average applicants.
• Fill marketing positions quickly while maintaining high quality standards.
• Create an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Support new hires during their first month to ensure smooth integration.
• Continuously improve recruiting systems, employer branding, and talent pipelines.

• Enjoys talking to people, evaluating talent, and building lasting relationships.
