Marketing Web Developer

About the role

UseJam is seeking a Marketing Web Developer to join its remote Latin America team. You will work closely with the marketing and CRO group based in Santa Ana, California, building conversion‑focused landing pages and Shopify components that power paid‑traffic campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create responsive landing pages and A/B test variants from Figma designs and scoped briefs.
• Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, adding sections, product‑page enhancements, and checkout improvements across three brands.
• Implement and QA tracking solutions, including GA4 events, GTM tags, and Meta/TikTok pixels, ensuring accurate firing.
• Maintain and extend a shared component library with up‑to‑date documentation.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate development while documenting every change.
• Participate in daily async stand‑ups, report blockers, and provide clear documentation across time zones.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on web development experience with a portfolio of responsive pages you built yourself.
• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; ability to code without relying solely on drag‑and‑drop tools.
• Experience with Shopify and Liquid templating (depth is a plus).
• Understanding of tracking pixels and events and why they matter for conversion.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
