Materials Management Operator

About the role

Join KONE Mexico as a Materials Management Operator and help ensure accurate material flow tracking while supporting the rollout of new ERP applications. You will be central to the digital transformation of our logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Validate that material flows are correctly captured in the new ERP tracking system during implementation and support corrective adjustments.
• Map traceability gaps in inbound and internal logistics, propose corrections and integrate them into the new tracking solution.
• Participate in the digital transformation project by developing, testing, and deploying track‑and‑trace applications using low‑code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps.
• Provide stakeholders with full visibility of material delivery dates, strengthening operational efficiency.
• Drive process standardisation, enhance traceability and improve end‑to‑end logistics experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Metallurgical), Supply Chain Management, Business Innovation or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in supply‑chain operations, material management or operational project management.
• Experience in a global materials supply or logistics environment, including digital tool implementations and traceability processes.
• Proven track record in system implementations, digitalisation projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to map processes, create control tools, analyse data structures and translate bottlenecks into digital workflows.
