Member Relations Manager (Pre-opening)

About the role

The Member Relations Manager will lead the end‑to‑end experience for every member and guest at the new Soho House Los Cabos. Working across the House, you will ensure members feel welcomed, valued and fully supported from arrival through departure, especially during the pre‑opening phase.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor, rotating hourly to engage with members across all areas.
• Oversee Member Recognition processes, ensuring real‑time follow‑through from reception to dining.
• Support F&B and Club Reception by gathering member feedback on service, food, and atmosphere.
• Arrange and deliver special gestures of generosity for notable occasions.
• Update Open Table notes with service preferences and manage pre‑shift briefings.
• Provide hands‑on service support during peak periods, including water refills, bussing, and dish runs.
• Assist Front Desk and member check‑in during large events to ensure swift access.
• Manage screening room attendance, signing in members and verifying guest lists.
• Facilitate event check‑ins, prioritising member experience and resolving issues.
• Create personalised outreach moments for milestones such as weddings, births or promotions.
• Collaborate with the Membership Manager to host new member introductions.
• Ensure bedroom and hotel experiences meet VIP, PWK and FHM expectations, including pre‑checks, amenity arrangements and welcome notes.

Required profile

• Strong member‑facing presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support multiple departments (F&B, reception, events) simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude, taking initiative to enhance the member experience.
• Attention to detail in managing special requests and VIP accommodations.
