Mid-Level Product Designer (SaaS)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end design of our enterprise SaaS Human Resource solutions. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex workflow requirements into intuitive, high‑quality user experiences that drive customer and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management to plan and run discovery activities such as customer interviews, journey mapping and competitive research.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity UI mock‑ups and interactive prototypes.
• Produce design deliverables across the full fidelity spectrum while adhering to design system standards and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• Validate design decisions through research, testing and feedback loops to reduce rework.
• Review development implementations to ensure consistency and a cohesive experience across the product suite.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional product design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for solving complex workflow problems.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate design rationale clearly.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• Experience applying design system standards.
