Mid Product Designer (Remote – Mexico)

About the role

Very is seeking a self‑motivated Mid Product Designer to join a fully distributed team serving high‑profile clients. The role focuses on delivering immediate product value through a human‑centered design approach, leveraging design systems and iterative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Plan and conduct user research, market analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Maintain and expand design system consistency by creating reusable components and clear documentation for developer hand‑offs.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product strategy.
• Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and emerging UX trends to continuously improve the user experience.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant product design experience.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and personable attitude.
• Strong human‑centered design mindset and ability to work independently.
