Middle School Teacher (International School)

About the role

San Roberto International School, part of Nord Anglia Education, is seeking a passionate Middle School Teacher to join its bilingual IB programme in Monterrey. You will deliver engaging, interactive lessons to students aged 11‑14, fostering lifelong learning in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and implement a variety of instructional strategies aligned with the IB curriculum.
• Organise learning resources and activities that enrich the teaching‑learning process.
• Evaluate, monitor and report student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in the Professional Growth Plan process and contribute to the school’s mission and values.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and complete required child‑protection training.

Required profile

• BA in Education or equivalent teacher certification.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience at the middle‑school level.
• TOEFL score of at least 550.
• Certification recognising expertise in middle‑school content and pedagogic strategies.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
