Mixologo/a – Tulum

About the role

Azulik Hotel & Maya Spa is seeking a creative and passionate mixologist to join our adult‑only eco‑resort in Tulum. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality cocktails and beverages in a fine‑dining environment while upholding the resort’s unique, off‑grid philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, soft drinks and juices according to established recipes.
• Maintain accurate bar inventory and ensure proper storage of wines and other beverages.
• Select appropriate glassware for each drink and keep the bar area organized.
• Provide attentive, high‑level service to adult couples in the resort’s restaurant and bar areas.
• Close the bar each shift, securing all assets and preventing theft.

Required profile

• Proven experience serving in fine‑dining restaurants.
• Solid background in mixology.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Creative, passionate and able to work in a remote, nature‑focused setting.
