MMA Coordinator

About the role

The MMA Coordinator will join the UFC Performance Institute team to support the delivery of core services for UFC Academy athletes across Mexico and Latin America. This role works within a multidisciplinary environment that blends coaching, science, and medical expertise to enhance athlete performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations for UFC Academy programs in Mexico and the broader Latin American region.
• Facilitate communication between athletes, coaches, medical staff, and external partners.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, events, and performance‑enhancement initiatives.
• Support logistical planning for athlete travel, equipment, and facility usage.
• Contribute to data collection and reporting on athlete progress and program outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Passion for mixed martial arts and athlete development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, interdisciplinary team.
