Mobile Tech Lead (iOS & Android)

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Mobile Tech Lead to drive the design and delivery of secure, high‑performance iOS and Android banking applications. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on coding to ensure scalability, compliance and an excellent user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee mobile architecture, guaranteeing clean, maintainable and scalable code.
• Make technology‑stack decisions, integrate banking APIs and evaluate emerging trends such as KMM, Flutter or SwiftUI.
• Implement security standards (OWASP, data encryption, biometric authentication) required for the financial sector.
• Mentor senior and junior developers through code reviews and best‑practice sharing.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI and Backend teams to translate business requirements into mobile solutions.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years leading technical teams.
• Proven work on banking or financial‑services applications, including transaction flows and payment gateways.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills for high‑traffic production environments.
