Mobile Test Automation Engineer (Hybrid, Mexico City)

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Test Automation Engineer to join our client’s team in Mexico City. The role is full‑time and hybrid, requiring 1‑2 days onsite per week. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of native and hybrid iOS and Android applications through automated testing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for mobile apps.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and identify defects.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to improve product quality.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of test failures and assist in issue resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and promote automation best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience in mobile application testing (iOS & Android), both native and hybrid.
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Ability to understand mobile architecture and workflows.
