About the role
The Molding Technician is responsible for executing technical tasks related to molding operations within defined timelines. The role supports continuous improvement initiatives and ensures that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical duties and activities according to schedule.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving process and technical efficiency.
- Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and materials.
- Identify problems proactively and propose corrective actions.
- Provide periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Required profile
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Beginning knowledge of job content.
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (desired).
- Demonstrated track record of performance in previous roles.
