Motion & Graphic Designer – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

Directive Consulting is seeking a creative and data‑driven Motion & Graphic Designer to produce high‑impact visual assets for performance‑focused advertising campaigns. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Mexico while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to shape brand experiences that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce static ad sets and landing pages that are optimized for digital marketing KPIs.
• Create motion graphics and short‑form video cutdowns for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Edit existing video assets into platform‑specific ad units, respecting aspect ratios and attention‑span requirements.
• Partner with media and content teams to align creative output with audience insights and campaign objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while tailoring designs for different audience segments.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to define business goals, target audiences, and data points for A/B testing.
• Design and implement A/B tests using CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazyegg.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat‑mapping analysis to validate design decisions and iterate continuously.

Required profile

• Strong design portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and digital advertising work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in an agency environment.
• Ability to translate data‑driven insights into compelling visual concepts.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented setting.
