Motion & Graphic Designer – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

Directive Consulting is seeking a creative Motion & Graphic Designer to join its remote team in Mexico. You will craft eye‑catching visual assets for performance‑driven advertising across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, directly influencing campaign results.

Key responsibilities

• Design data‑backed ad sets, landing pages, and other static assets that improve digital marketing KPIs.
• Produce motion graphics and short‑form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising.
• Edit existing video assets into high‑performing ad units tailored to platform specifications.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across static, motion, and video assets while adapting to different audience segments.
• Work with internal and client teams to define business goals, target audiences, and data points for A/B testing.
• Design and implement A/B tests using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat‑mapping analysis to validate design decisions.

Required profile

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video editing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an agency environment.
• Ability to work quickly, experiment, and iterate based on performance data.
