About the role

San Roberto International School, part of Nord Anglia Education, is seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to join its faculty in Monterrey. The role involves delivering music education to students aged 3 to 15, supporting school events, and contributing to the artistic mission of the institution.

Key responsibilities

• Teach assigned music classes and evaluate student progress for each unit.
• Plan, organize, and promote musical events, festivals, and the school symphonic band.
• Design and maintain didactic materials and musical arrangements.
• Manage musical instruments and inventory, requesting maintenance or new resources as needed.
• Collaborate with the department on event coordination and provide musical support for assemblies and other school activities.
• Participate in weekly coordination meetings, professional development sessions, and contribute to curriculum revisions.

Required profile

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
• Willingness to undertake appropriate child protection training when required.
