Key responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and secure high‑quality backlink opportunities through strategic outreach and long‑term relationship building.
• Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify new opportunities.
• Monitor backlink quality, detect harmful links, and mitigate off‑page SEO risks.
• Prioritize SEO initiatives using performance data, business impact, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional teams to align SEO efforts with broader business objectives.
• Test new outreach approaches, AI‑assisted workflows, and industry best practices to improve scalable SEO processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional SEO experience with a strong focus on off‑page SEO.
• Proven success in improving organic rankings through high‑quality backlink acquisition.
• Solid understanding of Google’s ranking algorithms and modern off‑page SEO best practices.
• Experience managing SEO projects across multiple countries, languages, or international markets.
• Excellent outreach, communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making abilities.

• Fluent written and spoken English.
