职位概况

负责公司在墨西哥及其他海外市场的新能源项目全链路开发与渠道运营，统筹投标、签约及回款，确保业绩达成。

主要职责

开拓并维护矿山、屋顶光伏、钢结构金属屋面等多层级国际销售渠道。
统筹海外工程项目投标全流程，包括商务对接、报价谈判及合同条款敲定。
拆解年度销售指标，牵头项目签约回款，确保业绩完成。
收集并分析区域政策、业主规划及竞争对手信息，输出市场分析报告。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，冶金、电气、土木、采矿或工程管理等工科背景优先。
10年以上B端工业品/工程类销售全周期经验，熟悉海外矿山、冶金、光伏等赛道资源。
拥有海内外矿山业主、总包等优质人脉，具备光储/光伏项目成交履历者优先。
英语流利，具备西班牙语沟通能力。
具备强商务谈判、跨部门统筹及资源整合能力，能适应频繁出差和高压业绩考核。
