About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Mexico as an Onestream Senior Associate. You will work within the Finance practice to enhance financial operations, streamline processes, and improve internal controls for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client financial needs and design tailored solutions to optimize performance.
• Assess and improve the efficiency of financial operations and shared services.
• Design and implement process‑automation and financial‑systems solutions.
• Provide guidance on financial systems implementation and internal‑control enhancements.
• Utilize financial data mining and analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities aligned with client goals.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written proficiency in English.
