About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Coach position in Mexico focuses on helping individuals and teams reach their performance, development, and well‑being objectives. The role blends one‑on‑one and group coaching with structured methodologies to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular individual and group coaching sessions, setting goals and tracking progress.
• Assess coaching needs, prepare session materials, and document outcomes.
• Develop and follow up on action plans to ensure sustained improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align coaching programs with organizational priorities.
• Provide feedback on training initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of coaching practices.
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and an inclusive, supportive environment.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design and deliver effective coaching focused on goal‑setting and performance improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and give constructive feedback.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or facilitation in organizational, educational, or sports settings.
• Capacity to assess needs, analyze progress data, and adjust coaching strategies.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory practices and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Professional certification in coaching, counseling, education, sports science, or related field is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish; English proficiency advantageous.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for planning and reporting.
