Onsite Deskside Support Engineer

About the role

The Onsite Deskside Support Engineer joins the Technology team to provide on‑site assistance for incidents, problem resolution, and project implementation. This role handles technical issues that cannot be solved remotely, works with global support teams, and aligns IT services with local business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and desktop hardware issues.
• Manage device imaging, patching, and configuration using SCCM and Intune.
• Handle ServiceNow ticketing, incident escalation, and problem resolution.
• Support AV systems, conference room technology, and enterprise voice solutions.
• Maintain asset inventory accuracy and perform antivirus and endpoint security deployments.
• Collaborate with global support teams and local business leaders to ensure IT alignment.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in desktop/onsite support.
• Local residency in Campeche, Mexico.
• ITIL knowledge or certification (preferred).
• Experience working in global or international IT environments.
