About the role

The Room Operator will be responsible for attending maintenance reports and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and staff zones at Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol. This position supports the Engineering Department in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests for guest rooms and common areas.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, air‑conditioning and appliance systems.
• Diagnose faults, evaluate situations and implement timely solutions.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure rooms are in optimal condition.
• Use specialized tools safely in confined or obstacle‑filled spaces.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a hotel environment.
• Proven ability to resolve equipment and installation issues efficiently.
• Valid authorization to work in Mexico.
• Strong analytical and risk‑assessment skills with a focus on precision.
