Operations Analyst

About the role

DRAIVER is looking for an Operations Analyst to support daily vehicle movement operations on its self‑learning logistics platform. You will act as a bridge between drivers, clients, and internal teams, ensuring trips are executed smoothly and performance insights are shared regularly.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily vehicle movement operations to guarantee high‑quality service for clients and drivers.
• Provide real‑time support to drivers throughout trips, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering updates and monthly operational performance reports.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine operational processes and routines.
• Conduct basic data analysis to generate insights that aid decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or operations.
• Strong ownership, problem‑solving ability, and capacity to work independently.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a relevant degree program.

Required skills

• Excel / Google Sheets (basic analysis and reporting)
• Basic SQL knowledge (optional but preferred)
