Operations Associate – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Operations Associate supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional client experience by overseeing day‑to‑day back‑of‑house activities. This position is based in the Los Cabos store and focuses on inventory control, logistics, and overall operational efficiency within a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product flow, stock reception, daily transfers, and full inventory counts.
• Oversee store inventory control, replenishment logistics, and after‑sales processes.
• Coordinate repairs, packaging, and personalization of products.
• Maintain store security, cleanliness, office supplies, and facility upkeep.
• Support special projects and ensure smooth front‑ and back‑of‑house operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail environment with an operations focus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive problem‑solver.
• Strong interest in luxury retail back‑of‑house processes.
• Fluent in English.
