Operations Associate – Luxury Retail (Los Cabos)

About the role

As an Operations Associate you will act as an ambassador of the brand, supporting the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional client experience through efficient back‑of‑house operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading and coaching the store team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operational effectiveness and implement the store’s operations strategy.
• Manage product flow, inventory control, and stock movements including shipping, reception, daily transfers and full counting.
• Coordinate repairs, packaging, replenishment logistics and after‑sales services.
• Maintain store security, cleanliness, office supplies and oversee personalization of products.
• Handle administration of front‑ and back‑of‑house areas and support special projects.

Required profile

• Experience in a retail environment with a focus on operations or back‑of‑house functions.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive problem‑solver.
• Strong interest in luxury retail operations, stock management and logistics.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
