Operations Manager – Logistics & Delivery

About the role

Amazon Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to drive productivity and scalability across the region. You will partner with delivery stations and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery services for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Set and communicate strategy and performance goals, maximizing route productivity through training, analysis, and feedback.
• Partner with the AMZL Delivery Station (UTR) management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
• Identify and lead process‑improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
• Coordinate cross‑functional tasks and track progress.
• Communicate across departments to align goals and ensure program success.
• Perform strategic planning and forecasting to assess performance and resolve problems.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, including data gathering, analysis, and supply‑chain recommendations.
• Implement improvements to the transportation network for flexible, efficient product delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building security, and loss‑prevention procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• 6+ years of operational experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques; MBA or Master’s degree.
