Operations & Strategy Manager – Manufacturing Systems

About the role

Dandy is modernizing the dental industry with a technology‑driven operating system for dental offices worldwide. As an Operations & Strategy Manager you will design, scale and optimise the systems that power our manufacturing network, ensuring every order ships on time.

Key responsibilities

• Design and roll out scalable solutions to fully allocate labour, track OEE and schedule all orders through system logic.
• Implement strategies and tools that guarantee on‑time delivery of every order.
• Partner with Product and Data teams to define system requirements, align on architecture decisions and launch enhancements.
• Lead the creation of real‑time dashboards that connect labour, equipment utilisation and scheduling performance to business outcomes.
• Diagnose bottlene‑cks, design solutions and lead pilots or roll‑outs to close gaps.
• Act as the connective tissue between Strategy Operations, Product, Data and Manufacturing to ensure the architecture reflects operational realities and future scale.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing or systems‑focused roles.
• Strong program and project‑management skills with a track record of delivering cross‑functional system roll‑outs.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable systems such as ERP, MES, scheduling or resource‑allocation tools.
• Data‑driven problem‑solver with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Excellent communicator who can translate operational needs into system requirements and influence partners.
• Self‑starter with high ownership, detail orientation and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous environments.
