About the role

Greif is seeking an Operator Level I to join its manufacturing team. The role involves supporting production lines by maintaining equipment, handling materials, and ensuring product quality in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and lubricate machinery and keep the work area free of debris.
• Follow detailed instructions to operate equipment, load and unload materials, and supply tools.
• Perform routine property care and non‑technical tasks as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products and report any issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand and follow directions.
• Willingness to work in various roles on the production floor.
